Guidewire Software

We build software that helps property and casualty insurers do their jobs better. Founded in 2001, we started with a pretty simple idea: the insurance industry needed technology that could actually keep up with how the world was changing. More than two decades later, that core mission hasn't changed - we're still focused entirely on P&C insurance, which means we understand the specific challenges our customers face every day. Our platform combines core systems, digital tools, analytics, and AI into something insurers can actually rely on. We've got over 570 customers in 40+ countries, ranging from small startups to massive enterprises, all running on Guidewire. What matters to us isn't just shipping software - it's helping our customers succeed, whether that's digitizing their operations, automating claims processing, or figuring out how to use data to make smarter decisions. We invest heavily in R&D (nearly 25% of our revenue) because we believe the work we're doing matters for the future of insurance.
