Our Divergent Adaptive Production System combines AI-driven design software, metal 3D printing, and robotic assembly to create complex structures without traditional tooling. Most of us came from industries where we saw firsthand how inefficient and wasteful conventional manufacturing can be—so we set out to completely rethink the process. Today we work with automotive, aerospace, defense, and industrial customers who need to build advanced lightweight structures quickly and flexibly. Our team has grown to over 180 engineers and scientists, all focused on replacing expensive tooling with software-defined manufacturing. We're not just developing technology; we're working to rebuild the American industrial base with a manufacturing approach that's actually practical and scalable.

We're a team tackling some of the toughest challenges in defense, national security, and space. Since 2019, we've been building mission-critical solutions that protect critical assets from ground to space. We've grown through acquiring twelve companies that now operate under the Voyager brand, each bringing specialized capabilities in propulsion, communications, space infrastructure, and more. Our work spans supporting over 500 customers across 35+ nations, with more than 1,240 missions flown to the International Space Station. We're developing everything from controllable solid propulsion technologies and satellite communications systems to the Bishop Airlock and Starlab commercial space station. Zone 5 Technologies is a UAS and technology development company founded in 2011 and headquartered in San Luis Obispo, CA.
