Change Management Analyst - IT Transformation

Role Summary:

The Change Management Analyst supports business readiness and user adoption for new technologies, systems, or processes. This role partners with project and Agile teams to develop communication, training, and engagement plans that ensure smooth transitions and measurable adoption outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses.
2. Develop and execute communication, engagement, and adoption plans.
3. Partner with Agile Coaches, Project Managers, and Product Owners to align change management activities with delivery milestones.
4. Create user-focused training materials, FAQs, and readiness surveys.
5. Track adoption KPIs and provide feedback reports to leadership.
6. Support continuous improvement through feedback loops and change retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. 37 years of experience in change management, communications, or organizational development.
2. Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR or similar change frameworks.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Experience working in Agile or DevOps-based transformation programs.
5. Expert with Service management tools, ServiceNow etc. for collaborating on Change Management Tickets, stakeholder approvals, documentation etc.
6. Proficiency with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, MS Teams, PowerPoint, and Miro.
7. Prosci or CCMP certification preferred.
