About

We're SquareTrade, also known as Allstate Protection Plans, and we've been changing the way people think about protection plans since 1999. Back then, extended warranties were stuck in the past - the protection was flimsy and the customer service was awful. We knew we could do better, so we set out to create protection plans as innovative as the products we protect, and to treat every customer the way we'd want to be treated ourselves.

Today, over 140 million customers trust us to protect everything from smartphones and electronics to appliances and furniture. We partner with many of the largest retailers and mobile carriers in the world, including Walmart, Costco, The Home Depot, and Amazon. Our mission is simple: help people enjoy life with the products they love and rely on. We offer same-day phone repairs, one-visit in-home service appointments whenever possible, and easy online claims available 24/7. Sustainability is at the core of what we do - by helping customers make their purchases last longer and work better, we're reducing waste and making a real difference together.
